I was honestly not expecting to go to this year's Preview Ball that is why when I received a direct message from StyleBible on Twitter, I was surprised. I had mixed emotions because I am a big fan of Preview Magazine ever since and I always admire their anniversary issues but also I have no idea on what to wear since the theme of this year's best dressed ball is Skin City (eeep!)

Sunnies by Charlie – Sunnies Station Opening (October 24, 2013) The moment I saw the announcement that Sunnies by Charlie will have a kiosk opening at the SM Mall of Asia, I totally freaked out and contacted my friends. We were so happy since the kiosk opening will occur during our semestral break (no conflict with the class schedule & the like). Whenever I go to the mall, I always admire the store Charlie since they sell practical yet chic clothes and the sunnies they are selling were really eye-catching since the design are very unique. That is why I got so excited about Sunnies by Charlie.

I never imagined I will have a chance to experience the Wanderland Music Festival... but weeks ago, Phoebe Rutaquio posted a status on Facebook stating that she will give away tickets to random people that will like her page. I joined instantly. The first reason why I joined this contest was because of my sister. She's working so hard at her internship that's why I think she needs a break. A break wherein she will see The Temper Trap perform live. The contest mechanics: to tweet, regram and share. I think I posted at least a thousand tweet entries, 40+ regrams and 10+ share... a day. 

Then, on May 16... Hello and Co PH tweeted: "8 on the clock. And the WINNER is... @IzaArtillero CONGRATULATIONS! Your hardwork has paid off and YOU AND A FRIEND ARE GOING TO WANDERLAND!" I was definitely on cloud nine.

Times Square Bazaar day two was awesome! Our booth definitely looked better on the second day of the bazaar. The second day was also the last day of the Times Square Bazaar. It was such a surreal experience. Back in elementary, I imagined having my own boutique and this bazaar sort of gave me a chance to experience what's it like to have my own space to sell my creations. Definitely one of the highlights of 2013!

Whenever I see advertisements of any fashion bazaars, I don't usually go on the first day of the bazaar since I want to see the stuff the tenants are selling first. I always research about what other people think about that bazaar and if the entrance fee is worth it. This blog entry are for those who does that too! Pink Parlour invited me to their store launch in SM North Edsa last November 11, 2012. Definitely a fun event filled with bloggers! All the people from Pink Parlour are very friendly and accommodating. It's amazing to meet the owners, and hear their story on why they want to open a store here in Manila! I absolutely loved the Menswear collection especially the collections of Edgar Buyan, Jinggo Inoncillo and M Barretto. In the future, I would also love to design clothes for men. I think it would be very interesting!

On October 28, I attended the second to the last day of Philippine Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013. The first show was the Grand Allure collection. I really loved Cherry Samuya Veric, Marc Rancy, Nolie Viñeza and Popo Go's collections :) I was invited to the PENSHOPPE show for this season. It was really a surreal experience. Back in 2009, I remember wanting to go watch the Penshoppe show with my friends but we were not on the guestlist. Thanks to the gorgeous Solenn Heussaff, read all about my experience here :)

I still remember the time when queen of international PR, Joyce Ramirez, tweeted whether we want another international celebrity to endorse PENSHOPPE or a KPOP star. I immediately replied with: "international celebrity!!!!" I remember suggesting Matt Lanter and Zac Efron. 

Ever since I saw the Jonas Brothers' SOS music video fours years ago on Disney Channel, I didn't stop researching about Kevin, Joe and Nick and I also can't stop listening to their music. I am a die hard Jonas Brothers fan! That's why I freaked out when I saw a poster on Facebook that Joe Jonas will have a series of shows here in Manila and one show in Cebu! I didn't want to miss seeing my childhood crush in person! I read the mechanics and yet again, it was hard to get stubs when you're not an A-Card holder. But I am so lucky that my friend, Thea (my concert buddy), got us VIP tickets!!

When I purchased the Candy Magazine April 2012 issue, I saw an ad about the upcoming Candy Style Awards. I immediately contacted my friend Aurea if she wants to go to the event with me. She said yes and we bought the May 2012 issue with Mario Maurer on the cover and got our invites! We really don't know what to expect since it's the first ever Candy Style Awards.

I was one of the lucky winners from Twitter chosen by Avon to attend the Color & Shine party held last April 19 in a luxurious glass Avon Tent at Bonifacio Global City. When I first saw the tweet from Avon, I really couldn't believe it! I remember just retweeting Anne's tweet only once. I am so fortunate to be chosen by Avon together with two other Twitter users. Thank you Avon for picking me, Rona and Marjorie ☺

After the Penshoppe show, my friend and I tried our luck on meeting Mario Maurer... but failed. Haha ☺ So we decided to just watch the Slims at 50 show. When we entered the venue, the show was already starting so no seats for us, but yay for good shots of Ezra Santos and Michael Cinco's collection, their collections were fabulous. I love the details of the clothes that they made. Of course, my favorites were their finale dresses especially Ezra Santos' finale dress worn by the amazing Marina Benipayo.

My friend and I waited in line for two hours (we waited in line at the PICC for the fan conference for four hours) but it was all totally worth it. Will do anything just to support Mario and Penshoppe!☺ We entered the venue and wow, the Hall 2 of SMX Convention Center is totally packed! I told my friend that we will just stand by with the photographers to get a good view of Mario Maurer. Luckily, when the show is about to start, there were two unoccupied VIP seats! We were so lucky that night.

My friends and I attended the Penshoppe Fan Conference last Friday. It was a fun event. The PICC was filled with fans of Penshoppe's latest endorser, Mario Maurer! Back in June, my friends kept on talking about the movie "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" and I had no idea what that movie was. My friend told me to watch that movie, so I did... ☺ After watching the movie, I know why they are going gaga over Mario!

It was my first time getting invited to an event as a "blogger". I got kilig when I received the email from Mira Sagrado of Freeway! What really caught my attention was it's not only fashion related, but also an art related event! I both love art and fashion.

My sister tagged me along to the MANGO Fall/Winter 2011 fashion show at Newport Plaza, Resorts World. It was such a nice experience. I saw a lot of fashion bloggers but was so shy to approach them. Camille Co's super tall, Kryz Uy's so pretty and David Guison's flawless and I love his hair. I also spotted Patti of Sweet Patti Cakes! She's so gorgeous in person. Anyway... the show was hosted by the beautiful Bianca Valerio.
