What I Wore: Wanderland Music Festival 2013

The moment I knew I was going to Wanderland, I got very excited to search for outfits perfect for a music festival. The weather here in the Philippines is a bit bipolar... you can wake up to a very sunny morning to a very stormy afternoon. So, I played safe and wore a dress. My first choice was a black version of this mesh skater dress from Tomato but I think white is more suitable for the music festival like Wanderland.

Taste Test: IHOP

I finally tried IHOP in Taguig. Honestly, I was having second thoughts if I should really try IHOP because I've read a lot of bad reviews online. I was scared to experience the same thing they experienced. But before planning to go to IHOP, I watched Aryanna Epperson's IHOP vlog and she ate Cinn-A-Stack pancakes, which was probably the reason why I want to try IHOP so badly.

Store Visit: American Eagle Outfitters at Bonifacio Global City

This blog entry is for the people who live far away from Taguig and are very curious to see what American Eagle Outfitters here in the Philippines has to offer. Pretty sure this store will expand to many other places here in the Philippines so, I hope you'll enjoy this virtual store visit! 

I've been wanting to visit American Eagle Outfitters since I read tweets that Ben Chan will franchise AEO here in the Philippines. Yesterday, I went to Bonifacio High Street in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig with my sister Say and her boyfriend, Mark. Before strolling around High Street, we ate first at IHOP (next blog entry about that!) After eating, my sister and her boyfriend went straight to the Make-up Factory launch and I went to American Eagle Outfitters.

BEST DRESSED: THE OSCARS

Browsing red carpet photos of celebrities is definitely one of the reasons why I am dreaming of becoming a successful fashion designer in the near future. I love seeing the Hollywood celebrities and guests wearing creations of talented designers. I know it's a bit risky to dress up a celebrity at red carpet events like the Oscars, since the bottom line of every red carpet event is whether the celebrity is a part of the best dressed list or worst dressed list. 

TIMES SQUARE BAZAARDAY TWO

Times Square Bazaar day two was awesome! Our booth definitely looked better on the second day of the bazaar. The second day was also the last day of the Times Square Bazaar. It was such a surreal experience. Back in elementary, I imagined having my own boutique and this bazaar sort of gave me a chance to experience what's it like to have my own space to sell my creations. Definitely one of the highlights of 2013!
