Casually browsing my Facebook timeline and saw British Vogue's update on Milan Fashion Week. They already posted an album of the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2015 Ready-to-Wear collection, and the clothes literally took my breath away. I love how detailed the pieces are and how the clothes mold the female figure perfectly. I honestly would really love to meet Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in the future. Check out the fabulous pieces under the cut.
I can still remember the first time I've experienced Philippine Fashion Week back in 2009. My sister and I volunteered to Runway Productions. So, our first experience of the fashion week here in Manila is a bit overwhelming. We had access backstage and the like. It was a fun and memorable experience! Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2009 to Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2013... oh how time flies.
I absolutely loved the Menswear collection especially the collections of Edgar Buyan, Jinggo Inoncillo and M Barretto. In the future, I would also love to design clothes for men. I think it would be very interesting!
On October 28, I attended the second to the last day of Philippine Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013. The first show was the Grand Allure collection. I really loved Cherry Samuya Veric, Marc Rancy, Nolie Viñeza and Popo Go's collections :) I was invited to the PENSHOPPE show for this season. It was really a surreal experience. Back in 2009, I remember wanting to go watch the Penshoppe show with my friends but we were not on the guestlist. Thanks to the gorgeous Solenn Heussaff, read all about my experience here :)
On the sixth day of Philippine Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2013, I wore something different. I layered a black tank top with a sheer mint top and even layered it with a black cardigan. For the bottom area, I wore my favorite high waist denim shorts and black tights. I love going to these kind of events because you're free to wear anything you want. People will judge, but let them judge all they want. Just flaunt what you wear and be yourself. See you all next season! :)
I think I've overused this skirt already! Haha :) The cute blue skirt I'm wearing is from Jellybean. I love Jellybean! I remember last year, I went to Jellybean to buy an entire outfit (yup, including this skirt) for our graduation photo shoot. Freaking love all of their clothes! It's all so dainty, chic and very wearable anywhere! Plus, the prices of their clothes are very student friendly :) The shoes I wore to the fourth day of fashion week is also very memorable since I wore them to my graduation months ago ☺ Ahh, the memories.
I remember just browsing my Instagram timeline and someone posted a photo of Dennis Basso's stunning creations for New York Fashion Week.... I instantly fell inlove. Check out the Spring/Summer 2013 collection!
